Credit References and Guarantors for Students
We carry out a full credit reference on all tenants. As a student income is unlikely to satisfy our credit referencing for rental payments, we request that you have someone who can guarantee your payments.
The guarantor will be liable for rental payments if you are unable to meet them, so they will need to have a regular income. In order to process your application for a tenancy, we require the completion of a guarantor declaration form.
